Audience Chamber

A servant comes in and bowes down "Majesty, The Duke of Suffolk is asking for an audience!"

-nods to the boy- "Let him in!" The servant leaves, leaving the door open.

- The servant comes out and says to me "You may enter now!" and positions himself next to the door. I clear my throat, put my head from left to right and up again - and then enter the audience hall. The door gets closed behind me - and now I am alone with my best friend.-
I stop in the middle of the room, for you are sitting on your throne. *I want to get closer and hug you, for it is something happy I want to talk to you about, but now it seems to me like it is a state matter.* I face your feet -for not looking into your serious face taking my bravery.-
"Majesty." I say bowing down to you

"As you know, we are having some new court members.....One amongst them is a young Lady who...caught my attention." I say looking up to you again -waiting for some reaction.-

Why was he not looking at me? What was wrong?

"Yes I know, of course I do! I welcomed them all greatly and I am glad they are here." *puts his finger to his mouth and listens* "Some lady aye? Who?" *starts to unobviously smirk*

*turns to the lady of Anne's household*

"Tell her that I will gladly wait for her, she may come. But only after the Duke and I are done" *points to Brandon, watchs her walk back out and turns to Charles*

*my heart jumps seeing you smirk and now I feel a little relieved*

turns to Dorota, who interrupted the audience and watches her walking out again. turns to you again

"It is Mistress Willoughby." I say and again wait for your reaction not knowing what you think of her yet.

"Mistress Willoughby? I saw her. She is a very beautiful young woman, how old is she? You can be considered lucky, if she is feeling the same for you."

-peeks to the door and sees it shuting quickly- Aha

"21 and yes, she is very beautiful and so sweet and kind to me. I know from her own sweet voice that she is feeling the same for me. That is why I asked her to become my wife...............she said yes."

*feels his eyes pop out*What? Without my knowledge or my approval?!... *calms down and then smiles*



"Well then you should be congratulated! I am happy for you Charles. I will let you come away unharmed, this time..."

*yells to the boy* "Send in the lady Anne Boleyn" "Charles" *nods* "Come back as soon as you and her have all the preperations done."

smiles brightly to this reaction *Could have gone better, but could also have gone worse!*
"Of course. Thank you." and leaves.

Out of the door he sees the Lady Anne "I hope you have good news for him, for he maybe is a bit angry" he says smiling brightly and leaves to his chambers

enters the audience hall which is filled with people for the King is awaiting someone of importance. they are all talking loudly. Charles makes his way to the King who is currently talking to Wolsey. "Henry." he says to get the King's attention.

*nods* "Charles! You may speak open!" he replied.

smiling Charles came closer to Henry, laid his arm around him and pulled him some steps away from the mass of people. "Henry, the wedding is prepared and....I wanted to ask you to....be my groomsman." Charles said and then bit his lip and raised his eyebrows in fear Henry would say he wouldn't like to be. Charles expected him to say yes. He wouldn't know anyone else to be his groomsman.

Henry grinned. "Of course I will!" he said taking Charles shoulders in his hands. "I will be there! I will be glad to do so!" Henry felt happy and excited and also a bit jealous because Charles was getting what he wanted, a beautiful woman and a wedding, when Henry was still left with none of it.

"I am glad you said so." Charles said smiling brightly. "I need to go for there is still much to do. See you later and do not forget it" he said and left the King after winking at him.

Our special Private Chambers are ready! Whenever you want to talk to me or tell me something, anything, you may come into my Private Chambers: Anne & Henry. I'll be there, waiting for you, whenever you need me.
